Speaker Douglas Jester, Managing Partner of 5 Lakes Energy. Douglas is a well know speaker specializing in economic analysis and modeling for energy policy, and has served as an expert witness before utility regulatory commissions. Immediately prior to joining 5 Lakes Energy, Douglas served as senior energy policy advisor in the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth.
